  • Exam System Data: Students' exam history and statistics are kept securely as long as they have an active account on the platform or their training continues. Upon an account deletion request, this data is anonymized or permanently deleted from the database within 30 days.
  • Application and Form Data: Personal data collected for educational applications or communication purposes is retained for a maximum of 2 (two) years after the conclusion of communication or training, owing to legal and commercial legitimate interests.
  • Automatic Tracking Data: Browser history and IP logs are retained according to the statutory logging durations and are deleted thereafter.
