Welcome to HunAviation. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and flight training and examination services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs (including the Exam System), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
1.1 Flight Training Programs
We offer the following EASA-certified training programs in Hungary:
- PPL (Private Pilot License): Initial flight training for recreational flying
- ATPL Theory: Theoretical knowledge course for airline transport pilot license
- IR (Instrument Rating): Training for instrument flight conditions
- CPL (Commercial Pilot License): Training for commercial pilot operations
1.2 Additional Services
We also provide:
- ICAO Aviation English training
- EASA Medical examination assistance
- Visa application support for international students
- Student accommodation
2. Exam System Usage Rules
The HunAviation Exam System is designed for students' personal development and ATPL / PPL preparation. Users accessing the system must strictly comply with the following conditions:
- Account Sharing: Username and password are personal. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- No Copying Allowed: Copying, distributing, and commercializing exam system questions, screenshots, or mock tests are strictly forbidden.
- Cheating Attempts: In the event of using automated bots (scripts), simultaneous test solving via multi-login, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, the user's account will be permanently suspended, and legal actions will be initiated.
3. Enrollment and Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
- PPL: Minimum 17 years for license issue (16 for solo flight)
- CPL: Minimum 18 years
3.2 Medical Requirements
All student pilots must hold a valid EASA medical certificate appropriate for their license level:
- Class 2 Medical for PPL training
- Class 1 Medical for CPL/ATPL training
4. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is displayed on our Services page.
- Enrollment deposit: 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your training slot.
- Ground school: Due before commencement of theoretical training.
- Flight training: Block payments or pay-as-you-fly options available.
EASA examination fees, medical examination costs, living expenses, and additional flight hours beyond minimum requirements are not included in the standard program fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content (including questions in the Exam portal), brand logos, custom software, and documentation provided by HunAviation remain our exclusive intellectual property and are legally protected. Students and website visitors may not copy, distribute, or sell these materials without prior written permission.
6. Liability Limitations
HunAviation maintains appropriate insurance for training operations. Students are covered under this insurance during authorized training activities only.
HunAviation is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal property on our premises or in the aircraft, nor for training delays caused by weather conditions, mandatory aircraft maintenance, or Force majeure events.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are primarily governed by the laws of Hungary, and where applicable, the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any legal dispute arising from the provided services (training activities, cross-border transactions, etc.), the courts of Hungary (Jakabszállás), or alternatively, the courts of Turkey, shall have mutual jurisdiction.
